We have a range of Social action projects that are designed to work with young people mainly sixth form students, working together for the good of others and not for profit. The aim of our Social Action programmes is to bring about social change that will benefit individuals, communities or society.
We do this through our Active Citizens programme which is carefully tailored and designed to develop the skills and knowledge of participants and to help them plan and implement a social action project.
Our programme is well principled, carefully planned and makes use of innovation and creativity as well as flexible and adaptable approaches to learning. Participants are rewarded and recognised through our Civic Commendation Award.
